So, they told me I have this congenital heart thing… who knew?!!!!! I know what it feels like to eat too much salt. I’m struggling, but way beyond depression because 75mg of sodium max per meal seems to be a bit much. Actually it’s nothing at all. Even wheat bread has sodium. I guess when I grow up I’ll publish that exclusive ‘No-Salt Recipes’ cookbook. I’m open for ideas. Here’s how I’m dealing with it for now:
