A Quiet Return

It has been more than four years since my last post here.

Over time, the mission never really changed. If anything, it became quieter, clearer, and more intentional.

Once an advocate, always an advocate.

For years, this space centered around domestic violence awareness, homelessness advocacy, and supporting people navigating difficult seasons of life. That commitment still remains. Only now, it also includes creating space for rest, reflection, and peace in the middle of an often overwhelming world.

With the NCAA spring championship season underway, it felt fitting to revisit and share one of those reminders again:

“Athletes Need Clarity Too.”

Because beyond the competition, expectations, schedules, and performance, people still need room to breathe.

You can watch the video here.

More reflections and new content will be shared here moving forward.

Until then, I hope this week offers you a small moment of peace.
